Is the in-home consultation really free?
Yes. The first in-home consultation is free. A Longo designer comes to your home, asks about your needs, takes preliminary measurements and discusses what is and is not possible — with no obligation to move forward. If you would like more detailed measurements, ask us about our paid in-depth measure.
How long does a typical kitchen renovation take?
Timelines vary by scope, but most kitchens move from final design to fully installed in roughly six to ten weeks once cabinetry is on order. Bathrooms typically run three to five weeks. We provide a detailed schedule before signing so you know what to expect each week.
Do you offer 3D renderings before installation?
Yes. Every Longo project includes 3D renderings so you can see your kitchen or bath in context before any work begins. You can adjust cabinet styles, counters, hardware and tile until the design feels right — all before we order materials.
Where do you work?
We design and install across the entire Tri-State area, including the Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island and Westchester. Our showroom is at 1084 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx, NY 10461 — visit any day of the week.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical work?
Yes. We work with a vetted network of contractors, plumbers and electricians for every project, so cabinetry, counters, tile, fixtures, plumbing and electrical are coordinated by one team. You have a single point of contact throughout.
What cabinetry brands and counters do you carry?
We offer over 100 quick-ship cabinet styles plus full custom builds. We work with European-designed lines and pair them with quartz from Cambria, Spectrum, Caesarstone, Hicksville, Citi and MSI, plus natural granite when the project calls for it.
Can you redesign small NYC apartment kitchens?
Absolutely. A large share of our work is small-space kitchens in pre-war apartments and modern condos. We are experts at carving extra storage out of awkward corners, working around existing plumbing and creating quiet, livable layouts in tight footprints.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We do not advertise specific financing terms online — preferences and offerings change. The best path is to speak with one of our designers during your consultation; we can talk through how clients commonly stage payments around design, cabinetry and installation.
How do I prepare for my consultation?
Have a few inspiration photos handy (Pinterest or Instagram saves are perfect), make a short list of what bothers you about the current space, and clear access to cabinets and walls so we can take rough measurements. That is plenty for a great first conversation.
