Our Commitment

Somah Group is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to the design, build and content of this website.

Conformance Status

This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, an internationally recognised standard for web accessibility. While we strive for full compliance, some content may not yet meet every criterion. We treat any issues as a priority for remediation.

Accessibility Features

  • Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements (links, buttons, form controls) are reachable and operable using a keyboard.
  • Focus indicators — visible focus outlines are provided on all interactive elements.
  • Skip navigation — a "Skip to main content" link is the first focusable item on every page.
  • Semantic structure — logical heading hierarchy, ARIA landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and meaningful link text.
  • Colour contrast — body text meets a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1; large text and UI components meet at least 3:1.
  • Alternative text — descriptive alt text on informative images; decorative images are marked appropriately.
  • Responsive design — content reflows for screens from 320px upward and remains usable at 200% zoom.
  • Reduced motion — animations respect the user’s prefers-reduced-motion system preference.
  • Form labels — all form fields are associated with visible labels.

Assistive Technology Support

This site has been built with progressive enhancement in mind and is intended to work with current versions of major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack) and modern browsers including Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.

Known Limitations

Some third-party embedded content (for example, social media widgets or external partner pages) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We work with our partners to encourage best practice and offer alternative ways to access information where possible.
