Soft-Close Hinges
European-style soft-close hinges on every door. Whisper-quiet closing, six-way adjustability for tight reveal, and rated for tens of thousands of cycles.
Soft-Close Drawer Slides
Full-extension, soft-close drawer slides on every drawer. Rated load capacity that easily handles loaded utensil and pots-and-pans drawers.
Dovetail Drawer Joinery
Solid hardwood drawer boxes with traditional dovetail joints — the strongest, most stable joint for daily-use drawers.
Solid Birch Hardwood
3/4″ solid birch hardwood for doors, frames and drawer faces. Tight grain, stable, takes paint and stain consistently.
Plywood Cabinet Box
1/2″ plywood for top, bottom and side panels. 5/8″ plywood for back panel and drawer boxes. Stronger and more screw-holding than particleboard.
Full-Depth Plywood Shelves
3/4″ plywood shelves run the full depth of the cabinet. They hold loaded weight without sag and don’t telegraph the shelf-pin holes.
Matched Side & Toe-Kick
All sides, shelves and toe-kick are color-matched to the door. Exposed end panels and runs of toe-kick blend without paint touch-up on site.
RTA Flat-Pack Shipping
Ready-to-assemble flat-pack reduces freight cost and shipping damage. Cabinets assemble on site with hand tools in minutes per box.

Because we own the factory, the cabinet you spec is the cabinet you receive. No silent material substitutions between batches.

Most cabinet importers reserve soft-close hardware, plywood boxes and dovetail drawers for an “upgrade” tier and ship the rest with particleboard, friction hinges and stapled drawer boxes.
We don’t. Lighthouse runs one quality spec across every style — Shaker or slab, paint or stain, cheapest line or most expensive. That’s the whole point of owning the factory.
