The KIMOTO AYCE experience is the entire menu — nigiri, sashimi, specialty rolls, tempura, teriyaki, ramen, appetizers, and desserts — made to order, round after round.
All-you-can-eat sushi usually comes with a compromise — either the fish, the portion, or the pace. KIMOTO was built to remove those compromises. Every round is made to order: nothing pre-cut, nothing pre-rolled, nothing sitting on a buffet line.
Our job is to keep the flow of small, fresh rounds moving between the kitchen and your table. Your job is to slow down and enjoy the meal.

The AYCE experience works best when everyone at the table is on the same page. Here's how it flows.
Pay a flat rate per person for either our lunch or dinner AYCE. Kids and seniors receive reduced pricing — ask your server at the table.
Mark a few items on your ticket and hand it to your server. The kitchen starts on it immediately. When you're ready for more, just order another round.
Sushi is cut and pressed when you order it. Ramen is ladled moments before it leaves the kitchen. That's why the food tastes the way it does.
Handcrafted food takes time and ingredients. A small surcharge applies to significant uneaten food — we want to keep AYCE sustainable for everyone.

Yes. A focused selection of premium nigiri, sashimi, and specialty rolls can be ordered by the piece. Let your server know when you sit down.
We aim for a two-hour dining window on busy nights so every table has room. Solo diners at the sushi bar and weekday lunches are more relaxed.
Yes. Please ask your server — pricing varies by age and day. Children under 3 dine free with an adult.

Pricing is seasonal. The current lunch and dinner rate is printed on the in-restaurant menu and on the Chowbus reservation page.
Yes — lunch pricing runs from open until 3:00 PM, and dinner pricing runs from 3:00 PM to close. Sunday is dinner pricing all day.
