Acceptance of Terms
By visiting kimotopremiumsushi.com or dining at KIMOTO Premium Sushi (6121 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77057), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or visit the restaurant.
Use of the Website
The content on this website — text, images, logos, layouts, and branding — is owned by KIMOTO Premium Sushi or used with permission from our suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content for commercial use without our written consent. You may share links to public pages freely.
You agree not to attempt to interfere with the operation of the website, access restricted areas without authorization, or submit information that is false, malicious, or infringing.
Reservations & Cancellations
- Reservations are confirmed through our booking partner. A confirmation email is sent for each booking.
- We ask that you cancel at least two hours before your reservation if your plans change.
- We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the reservation time. After that we will attempt to re-seat your party, but availability may be limited.
- For parties of 10 or more, we may require a credit card on file and a cancellation policy specific to the event.
All-You-Can-Eat Policy
- AYCE pricing is per person and applies to every dining guest over the age of the kids-pricing threshold. Children's pricing is available — please ask your server.
- Food is made to order, one round at a time. Please order conservatively and request additional rounds as you go.
- A small surcharge may apply for significant uneaten food to keep the experience sustainable for everyone. Your server will let you know before adding anything to your check.
- AYCE pricing is dine-in only. Takeout and delivery are priced à la carte.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes and applicable gratuities are added to your check. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards; gift cards can be purchased at the hostess stand.
Allergies, Dietary Restrictions & Raw Fish Advisory
Please inform your server of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before you order. While our team takes reasonable precautions, our kitchen handles fish, shellfish, gluten, soy, eggs, and sesame — we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Raw fish warning: Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
Conduct at the Restaurant
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is disruptive, disrespectful to staff or other guests, or unsafe. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind.
